As per the Chamber's policy, Stalwart Chambers provides a significant number of pro-bono legal services per year to those who cannot afford lawyers. We approach pro bono services with the same dedication and energy as we work for commercial clients. Stalwart Chambers wants to keep working towards the betterment of the society. Amongst others, we mainly focus on the below mentioned categories for pro bono services. Anyone who finds himself/herself eligible for pro bono services under any of these categories is requested to contact.
Bangladesh is currently home to 16.5 million farmer families. Close to 50 percent of Bangladesh's population is primarily employed in agriculture. Stalwart Chambers Values the contribution of the farmers of Bangladesh and provides pro bono legal services to the farmers who cannot afford legal services.
As per Disability Rights and Protection Act 2013 of Bangladesh 2.8 percent of the population (Some 47.42 lakh people) and 1.7 per cent of children have at least one disability. Stalwart Chambers actively upholds the rights of persons with disabilities and endeavors to provides pro bono legal services who are unable to access legal services.
Bangladesh is home to more than 54 Indigenous Peoples retaining diverse economic, social, cultural and political characteristics. Stalwart Chambers stand by with the rights of indigenous peoples persons who are unable to access legal services.
Following the core policies of Stalwart Chambers, if someone truly cannot afford legal assistance for ensuring their legal rights becomes eligible to receive pro bono legal service under unprivileged category.
